Job summary

CVUK is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support day-to-day running of key customer accounts, guiding products from brief through to order and delivery. You will work closely with Sales, Design, Product Development, Merchandising, QA and our supply base to manage the critical path, coordinate samples and approvals, and keep customers updated throughout the process.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to build a career in a fast-paced fashion supplier

Qualifications

• Supports day-to-day running of key customer accounts.
• Coordinates samples, approvals and critical path to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintains accurate information flow (costs, specs, quantities and timelines).
• Delivers high level of customer service and resolves queries quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Senior Account Managers and Merchandisers to assist with departmental tasks.
• Ensure internal systems are up to date and accurate.
• Raise and manage customer purchase orders, updating internal systems.
• Prepare customer meetings: range sheets, status reports, and sample rails/boards.
• Action order sheets, PO checks, and reconciliations.
• Manage critical paths and liaise with factories, logistics, and QA teams to meet deadlines.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities or product enhancements.
• Support onboarding of new accounts and attend meetings and client visits.
• Collaborate with merchandising and production to ensure margin targets are met.
