Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Grantham is seeking a Supervisor to act as the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and ensuring the unit runs smoothly each day. You will be a brand ambassador for a popular service area, delivering exceptional service while promoting KFC’s standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation's favourite restaurants, serving up KFC's world-famous fried chicken and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
