Job summary

SSP is seeking a Duty Manager for the Starbucks outlet at Norwich Station. The role involves owning opening/closing and daily operations, leading a team through busy shifts, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will be responsible for remaining energy levels, resolving issues quickly, and acting as the go-to person for customer and team inquiries, with experience leading a team in hospitality or retail preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to perform certain tasks and handle alcohol.
• Experience leading a team in hospitality or retail is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and run daily operations, solving issues as they arise.
• Lead a team through busy shifts, maintaining high energy and positive atmosphere.
• Inspire the team to deliver great customer service and respond to queries.
• Monitor unit performance and drive improvements to outcomes.

DUTY MANAGER - STARBUCKS, NORWICH STATION

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.11 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (30 hrs). Working flexiblyacross weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Managerrole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and sell alcohol.

• Previous experience leading a teamin busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal!!
