Job summary

SSP's Sheffield Station location is recruiting a Duty Manager to lead busy hospitality shifts. The role covers opening, closing, and daily operations across a fast-paced environment where customer service and team leadership matter.

You will supervise teams across weekdays, weekends, and holidays with a 30-hour full-time arrangement, earning £13.61 per hour. Join iconic brands like Burger King and help maintain energy, service standards, and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Hospitality moves fast—lead, and want to make an impact daily.
• Must be 18+ to perform certain tasks or shifts.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service; be the go-to person for queries.
• Results focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.

DUTY MANAGER - SHEFFIELD STATION, BURGER KING

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour

We have FullTime(30hrs)roles available.

Hours of operation are 6am and 12:30am.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Join our team as a Duty Manager & step into the buzz of hospitality leadership at SSP! Work with iconic brands like Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and BrewDog in some of the busiest locations across the UK & Ireland. • Due to some responsibilities within theDuty Managerrole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
