SSP America in Birmingham is recruiting for a Supervisor at Birmingham New Street Station, working across iconic brands including Starbucks. The role is full-time (30 hours) with a pay rate of £13.61 per hour and shifts from 5am to 11pm across weekdays, weekends, and bank/public holidays.

You will lead a frontline team, deliver excellent service, and help drive performance and energy across busy hospitality locations.

Formación

• Must have previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive.
• Inspire the team to deliver great customer service and be the go‑to person for queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.

We have Full Time (30 hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 5am to 11p m.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• You must have previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail environment.
