Job summary

SSP Group in Manchester Piccadilly Station is seeking a part-time Supervisor for Starbucks operations. You will lead a busy team, ensure smooth opening and closing, and deliver great service across peak periods.

This role requires energetic leadership, flexibility across weekdays and holidays, and a commitment to high standards of guest experience. SSP offers training, employee discounts and development opportunities.

SUPERVISOR – MANCHESTER PICCADILLY STATION, STARBUCKS

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour.

We have Part Time (16hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 6:00am to 7:00pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role's got your name on it.
• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal and/or and if you’ve tackled night shifts before, even better!
