Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Leigh Delamere Services is seeking a Supervisor to lead shifts, support the Store Manager, and keep the unit running smoothly. This 40-hour-a-week role is ideal for an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador, delivering Costa Coffee and other great beverages with outstanding service.

You will focus on staff development, food safety, and performance metrics, acting as a role model for Costa's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day. The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
