Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Lancaster Services is seeking a Supervisor to be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and maintaining daily operations at the nation’s favourite coffee shop.

You will drive excellent customer service, uphold food safety standards and develop a positive, high-energy team culture. Previous supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is ideal, with strong communication and decisive judgment. Competitive salary and benefits await.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
