Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor for Costa at Chippenham, Wiltshire. You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts, guiding a team, and ensuring smooth daily operations at a busy Costa site.

You will champion excellent customer service, uphold safety standards, and drive improvements. The role offers development opportunities and a competitive annual salary with an attractive benefits package.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation's favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
