Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Supervisor Plus to act as the main on-site operational driver, coaching the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and achieving key targets. The role covers accommodation on intake days (Mondays and Fridays) with flexibility across departments for other days, ensuring standards, safety and effective communication across the resort.

Responsibilities

• Be the operational hands-on person ensuring teams work on key tasks and objectives.
• Coach and develop the team to meet departmental plans and targets.
• Drive add-on sales and promotions where appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback, NPS, and take action where needed.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
