Reporting to a Manager, you’ll drive standards, audits, guest satisfaction scores, and upsell initiatives while modelling Butlin's values. This brand-new role offers visibility, variety, and real influence on guest journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coaching and managing a team.
• Experience in handling guest queries with calm, professional resolution.
• Experience auditing and observation-based checks.
• Commercial mindset with track record of driving sales.
• Ability to operate across multi-skilled teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, keeping the team focused and on target.
• Coach the team to hit add-on sales and guest experience goals.
• Own CAFF audits in accommodation and related departments.
• Ensure guests find what they need when they need it.
• Monitor NPS and guest feedback and drive action.
• Represent Manager plans to the team clearly and consistently.
• Support onboarding, development, and PDPs for staff.
• Foster relationships across resorts and central teams.
