Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Plus for our Splash Waterworld and accommodation operations. You will lead the pool team, coach staff, drive guest experiences and delivery of audits, while ensuring safety standards and brand guidelines are followed.

The role covers accommodation on Monday and Friday with potential additional days based on demand, and requires active involvement in upselling and promotional activities to enhance guest value.

• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong customer service focus and guest experience mindset.
• Experience with audits and safety compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy resort.
• Excellent communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on operational lead, coaching staff to meet key targets and deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Drive audits and observations across accommodation and other departments, with action plans.
• Supervise lifeguards and pool team, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead upselling and promotions efforts to boost revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure stock, cleanliness and smooth daily operations.
