Job summary

Moto Hospitality Ltd is seeking a Supervisor at Leigh Delamere Services near Swindon to act as the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and keeping the unit running smoothly.

You will lead with energy, deliver excellent customer service, uphold food safety and brand standards, and benefit from a bonus, staff discounts, and development opportunities as you progress into management. The role offers a salary of £28,500 per year with a bonus up to £3,445 and enhanced benefits.

Supervisor, 40 hours per week, £28,500 per annum

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation's favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
