Moto Hospitality in Swansea is seeking a Supervisor for Costa to lead shifts and manage daily operations at Swansea Services. The role involves delivering excellent service, supervising team members and acting as a brand ambassador in a busy rest-stop setting.

You will oversee safety, standards, and performance while supporting the Store Manager and helping career development through funded qualifications and progression opportunities.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation's favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
