Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor for a Costa cafe on a full-time basis (35 hours per week) to ensure smooth operations. You will lead shifts, maintain food safety standards, supervise baristas/CSAs, and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales through upselling. We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.
