Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisory leader at Leigh Delamere Services, Chippenham, to oversee daily operations and support the Store Manager. You will lead shifts, drive service standards and uphold safety and compliance across the unit.

The role offers development opportunities, a competitive salary of £28,500 per year, and a package including annual bonus and staff discounts. On-site role with flexible shift patterns is available.

• Previous experience leading teams in retail, hospitality, catering or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and comfortable making decisions.

Supervisor, 40 hours per week, £28,500 per annum

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
