Afrikana Kitchen is launching BAD BIRD in London and seeks a hands-on Supervisor to lead shifts and help build an incredible team from day one. You’ll motivate crew, deliver great food and service, and set the standard for guest experiences.

What's the role?

As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example and help keep every shift running smoothly. You'll support the management team, motivate the crew and make sure every guest receives great food, great service and a brilliant experience. Whether you're leading a busy lunch rush or coaching a new team member, you'll be someone the team can rely on.
