Job summary

Afrikana Kitchen is seeking a Supervisor to help launch BAD BIRD, a new fried chicken brand in Wembley. You will lead shifts, support management, and coach the team to deliver great food, service and guest experiences from day one.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for developing people in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available with leading training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Calm under pressure and confident making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, keep the team organised and motivated.
• Support the management team in delivering strong operational results.
• Run shift briefings and communicate the plan for the day.
• Lead by example for service, food quality and teamwork.
