Job summary

Afrikana Kitchen is hiring a Supervisor to lead shifts, motivate the crew and ensure guests receive great food and service. You will support the management team and contribute to building an energetic, inclusive team from day one.

You'll coach team members, run pre-shift briefings, manage labour during busy periods, uphold HACCP and health & safety standards, and help create a fun, high-performing workplace as BAD BIRD launches in London.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Shift Leader in a fast paced hospitality environment.
• Hands-on leader who motivates the team and delivers great guest experiences.
• Strong communication and organisational skills for busy service periods.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to make timely decisions.
• Good understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
