Job summary

City Restaurants Group (CRG) is launching BAD BIRD in London. We seek a Supervisor to lead shifts, support the management team and coach the crew to deliver outstanding food and guest experiences. You’ll be the trusted hands-on leader during busy services and play a key role in building a great team from day one.

You will drive service excellence, oversee training, and uphold food safety and operational standards while maintaining a fun, inclusive team culture and strong guest focus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Shift Leader in a fast paced hospitality environment.
• Hands-on leader who can get stuck in and drive performance.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering great food, great service and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, keep the team organised and motivated.
• Support management in delivering strong operational results.
• Run pre-shift briefings and set the day’s plan.
• Lead by example for service, food quality and teamwork.
• Coach and develop team members for progression.
• Help create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality and guest experience.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP, health & safety and procedures are followed.
