Job summary

Ben Sherman is hiring a part-time Supervisor (15 hours) to support the Store and Assistant Manager in driving sales, KPIs and customer experience. You will help retain, motivate and develop the team, and maintain high visual merchandising standards to create a premium shopping environment.

The role focuses on achieving targets, providing product knowledge, promoting multi-channel options and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere. Previous experience in premium fashion aids success.

Purpose of the role:

To assist both the Store and Assistant Manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.
