Job summary

Ben Sherman in Livingston is seeking a Supervisor to support the Store and Assistant Manager, driving sales, KPIs, and exceptional visual merchandising. You will lead a team to deliver a premium shopping experience both in-store and online, while maintaining brand standards and coaching staff.

The role is based in Livingston with a 4 day/5 day pattern totaling 30/37.5 hours per week, and a focus on customer engagement and multi-channel sales excellence.

Purpose of the role

To assist both the Store and Assistant Manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities
