Ben Sherman in the Cotswolds area is seeking a Supervisor to support the Store and Assistant Manager. Working 15 hours, you will help drive sales, maintain stock and ensure a premium shopping experience for every customer.

You will coach team, uphold impeccable visual merchandising, promote multi-channel options, handle transactions with care, and adapt to the store's needs to deliver consistent results.

Purpose of the role

To assist both the Store and Assistant Manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.
