The Titanic is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee daily pub operations, staff performance, and guest experience. You will manage bartenders, servers, and kitchen helpers, ensure service standards, and uphold licensing, safety, and hygiene requirements.

With a focus on efficiency and growth, you will monitor inventory, prepare reports on sales and costs, collaborate with management on promotions, and train team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality hospitality.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF JOB:
