The Anglesey Arms is seeking a capable Supervisor to oversee daily pub operations and lead our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will manage stock, uphold health and safety standards, and coordinate with management on events and promotions.

Key responsibilities include supervising FOH and kitchen staff, ensuring top-notch service, handling cash, and driving team development with opportunities for progression to assistant manager. Uniforms provided and onsite parking available.

As Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pub, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. You will lead and support our team, manage stock, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the pub staff, including front of house and kitchen staff.

Benefits

• Pay is £13 with an increase to £13.50 upon successful completion of probation.
• Share of tips each month – averages around £150
• 30 hours guaranteed – expected to be 40 over spring/summer season with one weekend off in four.
