Job summary

The Red Lion in Radlett, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house shifts, deliver outstanding service and coach the team to uphold our standards.

You will be a trusted key holder, responsible for opening/closing and ensuring smooth daily operations, while maintaining compliance and guest satisfaction. Join a group offering career pathways, training, weekly pay and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wines, beers and spirits is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Eligible to lead shifts and train staff (key holder).

Responsibilities

• Lead host duties and shifts, ensuring smooth service.
• Train team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain standard and safety protocols on shift.

You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
