Job summary

Old Ship, Hammersmith is seeking a motivated Supervisor to help run shifts at our iconic riverside pub. You will oversee service, support a friendly team and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering the high standard of hospitality our guests expect.

You will lead training for new staff, manage customer relations, and work with managers to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. This role offers development opportunities and a clear path to senior hospitality roles.
