Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty on Narborough Rd in Leicester is seeking a Supervisors to join our team. This part-time role will see you supporting store performance, coaching colleagues and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work around 16 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. We offer competitive pay at £13.50 per hour, holiday entitlement and access to wellbeing and discount benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills to help others improve.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and coach colleagues to deliver strong results.
• Collaborate with store and assistant manager to drive sales and service.
• Engage with local community and act as a role model for colleagues.
