Job summary

Savers in Corringham is seeking a Supervisor to join the team on a part-time basis. You will work 16 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and you will earn £13.50 per hour.

You’ll be part of a team working alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional results. As a Supervisor you will connect with the local community, coach colleagues and wear the Savers uniform with pride.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop and coach others.
• Passion for the products sold.

Responsibilities

• Support store and Assistant Manager in coaching the team.
• Deliver exemplary results and maximise opportunities.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers.
