Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Goodramgate is recruiting a part-time Supervisor to lead the team, coach colleagues and deliver excellent results.

You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends to suit the needs of the store.

This role offers a friendly environment, opportunities for progression and a strong link to the local community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop your own skills and help others improve.
• Passionate about the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exemplary results.
• Work with the Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store.

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.65 per hour
