Job summary

Savers is hiring a Supervisor for Rathbone Market in London. The role is part-time with 12 hours per week, offering flexible shifts in mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will support the store and assistant manager to drive results, coach colleagues, and engage with the local community while wearing Savers uniform. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail, a passion for products, and a drive to develop others.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop others and share expertise.
• Passionate about products and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store team to deliver strong results.
• Collaborate with Store and Assistant Manager to lead operations and customer service.
• Engage with the local community and promote Savers’ value in-store.
