Job summary

Savers on Narborough Rd in Leicester is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join the store team. The role is 16 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours. You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, coach your team, and help deliver strong results while wearing the Savers uniform.

Salary is £13.50 per hour. The position emphasizes customer service, leadership, and community connections, with a supportive path for career progression within Savers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills to train others.
• Passion for products and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team and deliver results.
• Be ready to engage with the local community and represent Savers in store.
• Provide excellent customer service and support operations during shifts.
