Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Ledbury is seeking a Store Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis. The role offers 16 hours per week with flexible patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, supporting the Store and Assistant Manager to drive strong results.

You will coach colleagues, connect with the local community and help deliver exemplary customer experiences while representing the Savers brand in-store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop skills to coach others.
• Passionate about the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Support Store and Assistant Manager to deliver results.
• Coach and motivate team to provide excellent service.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store.

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
