Job summary

Savers is seeking a Supervisor for our Bedminster store. This part-time role is 20 hours per week with potential for more hours. Shifts cover mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with flexibility discussed at interview.

You will support the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching the team to deliver exemplary results while representing Savers in the local community. We value inclusivity and offer progression opportunities, with benefits including holiday entitlement and access to wellbeing

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop skills in others and lead by example.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Assist in store leadership alongside the Store and Assistant Manager.
• Coach and supervise team members to deliver strong results.
• Engage with customers and maintain excellent service standards.
