Job summary

Savers in Banbury is seeking a Supervisor to join our team. You will work 16 hours per week on flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.

A supportive environment helps you grow while you lead by example in a busy retail setting. As a Supervisor, you’ll partner with Store and Assistant Manager to coach colleagues, maximise opportunities, and connect with the local community, helping us deliver exceptional results and

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Interest in developing own skills to help others.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach the store team to deliver excellent results.
• Engage with customers and the local community to represent Savers positively.
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute across shifts and tasks.

Salary: £13.50 per hour
