Job summary

Savers is hiring a part-time Supervisor in Derby. You will work around 16 hours weekly with opportunities for more, across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will support the Store and Assistant Manager, coach your team, and help deliver exceptional results while staying connected with the local community. We value inclusivity and offer flexible hours, a supportive environment, and opportunities to grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Retail experience (1+ years)
• Interest in developing skills and helping others
• Passion for the products sold

Responsibilities

• Support store and assistant manager to coach and lead the team
• Engage with the local community and be an inspirational team member
• Deliver exemplary results and drive opportunities in-store

Job description

Location: Derby

Hours per Week: 16 hourswith the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
