Job summary

Savers in Cranleigh is recruiting a part-time Supervisor to join the store team. The role is 16 hours per week with the opportunity to take on more hours as needed.

You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching your team and delivering excellent results while wearing the Savers uniform. This is a great chance to develop leadership skills in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coaching the store team to deliver exemplary results.
• Work with Store and Assistant Manager to drive performance and customer service.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store.

Location: Cranleigh

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
