Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Shepherds Bush is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join the team. The role offers 16 hours per week with flexible mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You will help coach the team and deliver results while representing the Savers brand.

Reporting alongside the Store and Assistant manager, you will connect with the local community and support staff development. This is a great chance to grow with a well-known UK retailer and enjoy a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Passion for products and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to deliver results.
• Support store operations across shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store standards.

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.65 per hour
