Job summary

Savers in Welling is recruiting a Supervisor to join the team. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to coach your team and deliver strong results while representing Savers in the local community. The salary is £13.65 per hour with benefits including up to 33 days holiday, Aviva digital healthcare, salary advance app, and a progression plan.

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Willingness to develop others' skills.
• Passionate about the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Support Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team and maximise opportunities.
