Job summary

Savers in Yeovil is hiring a part-time Supervisors to lead and coach store colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. You’ll work across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends with flexible patterns and a 16-hour work week at £13.50 per hour.

You will join a team focused on community engagement and delivering strong results, with opportunities to grow and develop within the Savers network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop and coach team members.
• Passion for products and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store colleagues to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with store and assistant manager to maximise opportunities.
• Engage with the local community and model Savers values.

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
