Responsibilities

• Support tills, arcade areas, retail, Gashapon and One Piece operations.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Support safety, security of customers, staff, stock and premises.
• Follow opening, closing, security and cash-handling procedures.
• Work with management to achieve sales targets.
• Assist inventory management and stock organisation.
• Get involved in promotions and events, some off-site.
• Step up to support shop operations when senior management are unavailable.

We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our Bandai Namco Cross Store and support the day to day running of our retail and entertainment operation. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help lead the team, maintain high standards and make sure our customers receive an excellent experience every time they visit.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and support the team to deliver consistently high standards of customer service
• Help train and induct new and existing team members and ensure required e‑Learning is kept up to date
• Support the development of team members and help maintain performance standards.
• Make sure the store is clean, well‑maintained and visually appealing
• Support different areas of the operation, including tills, arcade areas, retail, Gashapon and One Piece
• Help resolve customer queries and complaints professionally, courteously
• Support the safety and security of customers, colleagues, equipment, stock and premises
• Follow appropriate opening, closing, security and cash‑handling procedures
• Work with the management team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking and organising merchandise
• Get involved in promotions, themed events and exhibitions, which may occasionally take place off site
• Step up to support the operation of the shop when senior management are unavailable
