Job summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to help create memorable experiences for guests.

You will be involved in all aspects of venue operations, including customer service, retail, arcade operations, promotions, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You will welcome customers, promote games and attractions, handle transactions, and support stock management and events.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to help create memorable experiences for our guests. You will be involved in all aspects of venue operations, including customer service, retail sales, arcade operations, promotions and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Customer Experience

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly and engaging experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Promote products, games, and attractions, providing recommendations when appropriate.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all areas of the business including tills, arcade operations, retail, Gashapon and promotional activities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and housekeeping.
• Report machine faults promptly and accurately.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Support promotions, events and exhibitions both on and off site where required.
• Work with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Assist in training and supporting new team members.
• Contribute positively to the team environment.

Compliance & Safety

• Complete all training and e-learning requirements.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety, Gambling, Food Hygiene, and other relevant legislation.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security concerns immediately.
• Ensure back-office areas always remain secure.
