Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking an ambitious Supervisor to join our Store, offering rewarding career paths, a strong team culture and real progression opportunities.

You will provide first‑class customer service, present the store to brand standards, resolve issues, train new staff, promote company promotions and build relationships with the local community. Flexibility is essential as we trade seven days a week, with shifts from 6am to 10pm to cover all trading hours.

• Provide training to new members of the team.
• Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees.
• Must be able to work flexible shift patterns throughout the trading day (6am - 10pm).
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members.
