Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Train and induct new and existing team members and keep e-Learning up to date.
• Support development of team members and maintain performance standards.
• Keep the store clean, well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Support tills, arcade areas, retail, Gashapon and One Piece operations.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Support safety, security of customers, staff, stock and premises.
• Follow opening, closing, security and cash-handling procedures.
• Work with management to achieve sales targets.
• Assist inventory management and stock organisation.
• Get involved in promotions and events, some off-site.
• Step up to support shop operations when senior management are unavailable.
