Job summary

FCB Coffee is looking for a Supervisor to help run the store in Greater London. You will lead the team, ensure fantastic service and uphold top coffee and food standards.

Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager is ideal, but all energetic candidates are encouraged to apply. We offer great training, career growth, two handmade drinks on shift, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor/Team Leader or Assistant Manager preferred.

As a Supervisor, you will support in the running of the store – leading the team, giving great customer service and delivering the very best standards of coffee and food.

Ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager, but don’t worry if you haven’t as we’d still love to hear from you.

What you can expect:

• Brilliant training – you don’t need previous experience. You’ll be learning everything from making a great cup of coffee, to latte art, brewing methods, coffee machine maintenance and everything in between. On top of that we’ll give you the skills to run a great shift.
