Job summary

FCB Coffee in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily running of the store, lead the team and ensure outstanding customer service. You’ll help deliver the highest standards of coffee and food, while fostering a friendly, energetic environment.

We offer comprehensive training to build your skills from barista basics to leadership, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team and vibrant cafe culture in the heart of the community.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader/Assistant Manager in a busy, customer-facing environment.
• People-focused with genuine care for the team's development.
• Enjoy meeting business targets and delivering excellence.

As an Assistant Manager you will support in the running of the store, leading the team, giving great customer service and delivering the very best standards of coffee and food.
