Job summary

SOHO in Cheltenham is seeking a Supervisor to lead a front‑of‑house team and deliver our welcoming guest experience. You will work with the store manager to uphold high standards of service, craft quality coffee and food, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

You need to be a people person with excellent front‑of‑house skills, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. We offer training, flexible shifts, a free meal and two drinks on duty, an extra holiday, and a pension
