Greatfruit Limited is seeking a Coffee Shop Supervisor/Assistant to lead our busy cafe with passion and precision. You will supervise daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold high standards of food safety and quality while mentoring staff on coffee preparation and POS use.

Daytime, full-time role with weekend and holiday shifts in Greater London. You will tailor workflows, train new team members, and foster a welcoming environment that delivers memorable coffee experiences

Coffee Shop Supervisor/Assistant. Overview. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Head Barista/Supervisor to lead our coffee shop team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable coffee experiences while managing efficient workflows and fostering a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties

• Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to food safety standards.
• Lead by example in preparing high-quality coffee beverages, utilizing skills in espresso extraction, brewing, and food handling.
• Train and mentor team members on coffee preparation, POS systems, customer service, and food safety protocols.
• Manage cashier/till operations.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food industry regulations and health codes through diligent food safety practices.
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts promptly, and promoting teamwork.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
