Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
  • The ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail and operational awareness.
  • Experience using EPOS systems (preferred).
  • A personal licence and knowledge of licensing laws (advantageous).
