Job summary

The King Street Brew House is seeking a Supervisor to join our Cambridge team. You will be central to delivering memorable guest experiences, guiding a friendly team, and helping ensure smooth daily operations in a busy brewpub.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken English required.
• Knowledge of beers, wines and spirits is a plus.
• Experience delivering great customer service in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests on every shift.
• Train and coach team members to maintain high service standards.
• Lead shifts safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.

What we look for in a Supervisor:

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
